DecoArt Lighting 2-Year Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing DecoArt Lighting. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, luxury lighting products, and we stand by our craftsmanship. This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to all DecoArt Lighting products purchased directly from us.

Warranty Period:

This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to the structural integrity of the product, such as welds, fittings, or frame construction.

• Electrical Components: Defects in wiring, sockets, and other electrical components that may affect the performance of the product.

• Finish and Coating: Defects in the finish, including peeling or fading, that are not a result of improper use, exposure to elements, or misuse.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Improper Installation or Use: Damage resulting from installation errors, improper electrical connections, or using the product for unintended purposes.

• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including minor surface scratches, fading due to normal environmental conditions, and slight variations in colour or texture.

• Damage from External Sources: Including but not limited to, acts of nature (such as lightning, floods, or earthquakes), power surges, or impacts.

• Modifications and Repairs: Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations made by anyone other than DecoArt Lighting or its approved service providers.

• Loss or Theft: Any loss or theft of the product.

Warranty Service:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact DecoArt Lighting Customer Service: Reach out to us at info@decoartlighting.com with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and any relevant photographs.

2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos.

3. Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will either repair the defective part, provide replacement parts, or replace the entire product at our discretion. All replacements will be of similar style and value.

Please note that replacement parts or products may vary slightly in appearance due to changes in manufacturing or availability.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Proof of Purchase: Retain your original purchase receipt as proof of warranty coverage.

• Installation and Maintenance: Ensure that the product is installed according to our guidelines and maintained properly to avoid issues not covered by this warranty.

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to DecoArt Lighting for repair or replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Limitation of Liability:

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products as outlined above. DecoArt Lighting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, inconvenience, or loss of time.

Warranty Transferability:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
