What is UL, ETL and CE certification?

UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and CE (Conformité Européenne) certifications are internationally recognized safety standards that ensure the quality, reliability, and safety of electrical products.

UL Certification: A UL mark indicates that a product has been tested by Underwriters Laboratories and meets strict U.S. and Canadian safety requirements. For lighting products, this ensures they are safe for use in homes and commercial settings, reducing risks like electrical hazards and fire.

ETL certification: is a mark provided by Intertek, a global assurance, testing, inspection, and certification company. ETL certification indicates that a product has been tested for safety and meets the necessary safety standards to be sold in North America. 

CE Certification: The CE mark signifies that a product complies with European Union regulations, meeting health, safety, and environmental protection standards. For lighting products, this means they have passed rigorous tests and are safe for use across Europe.
